Selling to the casino market is all about relationships. Our sales typically start in one of two ways:
(1) Our casino client requests a certain type of product they want to run a promotion with.
(2) Our sales representatives send out the latest campaigns and our clients reply with the items they are interested in.
Once talks have been initiated on products and campaigns, our sales reps typically visit the casino property to meet in person with the buyer or decision maker and go over product samples and negotiate their campaign purchases.

Producing product in today's COVID impacted supply chain environment has become incredibly complex and layered with incremental expenses that most enterprises have not thought completely through. Here at Concept: 3 we have decades of complex supply chain remediation experience that gives us the upper hand through production hedging, and landing product from suppliers and factories delivered, with duty-paid. It's much like hedging aviation fuel for the commercial airline industry.
By driving anticipated cost of transportation to factory concerns, we are better equipped to deliver on time and within budget under these extreme circumstances. But COVID will end at some point and this is where our expertise will net substantially better results, lower costs, and predictive delivery scheduling. Our company has the experience and the proven track record to build product faster with higher-quality and lower costs than any company in our industry segment.

FIRE-D is a multi-million dollar manufacturer based out of Shenzen, China. Not only is the owner a stakeholder in Concept: 3, they are our primary overseas manufacturer. FIRE-D will likely produce more than $20M worth of merchandise for Concept 3 in 2022. With a reputation that is second to none and inspection processes and quality control that we have been unable to find anywhere overseas, FIRE-D is a premier manufacturer.
Concept 3 also partners with numerous domestic closeout suppliers and maintains a database of 500+ suppliers/manufacturers. We have the luxury of choosing our vendors, not begging for a supplier to work for us.
Once a new campaign is established, we will work with our overseas suppliers to create product samples. Our quality control team works tirelessly to test and perfect pre-production samples. Once approved, the products go to the sales team to present. Upon approval, purchase orders are issued to our overseas partners for production. We typically plan a four (4) month import timeline.
Once product arrives at port, our teams collect and de-van the containers. A complete quality control inspection occurs and product is staged for delivery. To increase efficiency and buying power, multiple clients will purchase the same campaigns at the same time period. It is always our objective to manage domestic freight and logistics with our own partners so that we can ensure perfection in property delivery.

Distribution is complex in COVID impacted transportation environments. There is an industry wide shortage of trucks drivers and cross-docking infrastructure to serve the supply chain communities that are currently recovering from the pandemic.
Therefore Concept: 3 has partnered with the biggest transportation companies in the industry to provide a just-in-time delivery performance during these trying times, but we are also realists. We advise all of our clients to add time to their calendaring.
Time can be your worst enemy or your best friend depending upon the allocation of appropriate lead planning. We recommend a minimum of six months lead time between order confirmation and delivery expectation from any foreign based factory concern. This added time-cushion allows us to deliver product for a time specific promotion even under the most extreme circumstances. We do not use third-party distributors. We are a direct-to-industry manufacturing company and all our products and exclusive brands are produced as build-to-order for specific clients eliminating the need to predict a competing channel sales out and remaining inventory levels. Everything from receipt of inventory, post ocean freight quality control checks, and weekly/monthly shipping schedules are handled at this location.
This allows us to serve our clients faithfully and fully on their order regardless of circumstance.
